Meditation Kit: Terms & Conditions

I agree to the following:

1. I am voluntarily using the Meditation Kits (1,2 & 3) offered by Awakened Life Ltd during which I will receive information about inner work & recorded, guided meditations. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and I am using the Meditation Kit(s) at my own risk and accept total responsibility for my physical and emotional well-being at all times.

2. I have provided accurate and complete information about myself at the time of purchase. I warrant that I am not a member of the press or media of any type and will not take visual or auditory recordings or reproductions of any kind of any part of the content contained within the products which I have access to. I will not do anything that would infringe upon Awakened Life Ltd’s intellectual property rights, including recording, reusing, reselling or reproducing, in whole or in part the Meditation Kit content, except without Awakened Life Ltd’s prior written consent. Awakened Life Ltd holds the copyright for all Program content.

3. I assume all risk of injury or death to me or the contraction of any illness or medical condition that might result, or any damage, loss or theft of any personal property I might incur as a result of using these products. I agree on behalf of myself (and my personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns) to RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Awakened Life Ltd (and their affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns) from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of my use of the products offered by Awakened Life Ltd. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I am waiving any right that I may have to bring a legal action to assert a claim against Awakened Life Ltd.

4. I agree that neither I nor any person or entity acting on my behalf has or will file, charge, claim, sue or permit to be filed, charged or claimed, any action for legal or equitable relief against Awakened Life Ltd, the Awakened Life Ltd Staff involving any matter occurring at any time or related in any way whatsoever to using the products offered by Awakened Life Ltd.

5. I understand that by purchasing the Meditation Kit Bundle at the time of the Appreciate Sale there us a no-refund cancellation policy. Payments made for any program and/or product are not transferable to another program and/or product.

6. I understand that I will receive access to the products outlined in this document (Meditation Kits 1,2 & 3) at the time of purchase and will have minimum access to them for 1 year with maximum, lifetime access in so long as the technology & software which allows the sharing and distribution of these products is available. In the event that Awakened Life Ltd is no longer able to maintain access to the products purchased, Awakened Life Ltd will communicate any changes with advance notice.

7.  I agree that Awakened Life Ltd may contact me (via mail, email, telephone, SMS, or the internet) in relation to the Meditation Kits or other events, products or services in which I may be interested. If I wish to opt-out of such communications, I will unsubscribe via the option given in all email communications or write to Awakened Life Ltd at support@dylanayaloo.com.
