2 hours that change how your body feels
Not a typical yoga class
This isn't about poses or flexibility. It's a yoga class with meditation and breathwork woven in. But the way I teach — the things I say, the awareness I bring to the room — means something deeper happens while you move.
Open to everyone
No experience needed. Whether you've never done yoga or you've practised for years — the work meets you where you are. All you need is a willingness to show up.
You'll feel the difference
People leave these classes feeling different — lighter, more present, more connected to themselves. From finally slowing down enough to feel what's actually there.
