What is INSPIRE?

INSPIRE is an in-person yoga teacher training intensive in the UK led by Dylan Ayaloo. It's not just a 200hr certificate — it's a complete transformation. Where most trainings teach poses and cues, INSPIRE teaches you to hold the room when the room gets real: yoga, breathwork, meditation, and story work woven into one integrated methodology, drawn from 19+ years of practice.

What is the format, and when does the next cohort run?

Two parts, one transformation. Part 1 is online — 6 weekends of deep personal work and methodology training, running 24 October to 29 November 2026. Part 2 is a 9-day in-person intensive where everything comes together, running 16 to 24 January 2027.

Who is INSPIRE for?

For yoga teachers who know there's more to this work than cues and corrections, and for people training for the first time who want something deeper than anatomy and sequencing. If you want to teach yoga, lead retreats, or hold workshops with a methodology that actually changes people, this is that training.
