What is AWAKEN?

A 3-day live virtual experience, via Zoom. Not a workshop. Not a seminar. An experience.

AWAKEN is body-based: yoga, breathwork, meditation, and story work — led by Dylan with 19+ years of facilitation experience. It doesn't teach you about transformation. It takes you through it.

The FEEL → HEAL → MANIFEST framework unfolds across all 3 days. Each day builds on the last. By the end, you won't just understand the work — you'll have felt it in your own body.

THE 3 DAYS

What to expect each day

Day 1

FEEL

Meeting what's actually here. Body practices to bypass the thinking mind. Most people discover their breath pattern tells a story they've never heard before.

By the end of day one, you'll be amazed at what you didn't know you were carrying.

Day 2

HEAL

Going deeper. Story work begins. The operating system reveals itself — the patterns that have been running your life without your conscious permission.

The day most people describe as 'the one that changed everything.'

Day 3

MANIFEST

Integration. Not the Instagram kind. Making the shifts real. Creating a new baseline that you carry back into your life — not just a memory of something that happened.

You leave with tools, not just memories.

Week 1

The shifts settle. You notice patterns differently. Not from your head — from your body.

Integration deepens. Some old patterns may resurface. This is normal — it's the operating system recalibrating.

Month 2+
